Wake up under warm wood ceilings, sip coffee on the wraparound deck surrounded by trees, and spend your days exploring nearby trails, the lake, and all the classic Poconos attractions just a short drive away. Unwind in the private hot tub and sauna after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the Poconos.

Tucked on a quiet lane in Lake Naomi, this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch-style home feels like your own private cabin in the woods, perfectly sized for a couple’s getaway or a young family’s first Pocono adventure. The living room features warm wood ceilings and durable luxury vinyl flooring, creating an updated cabin feel without sacrificing comfort. A cozy heat source and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable across the seasons, whether you are curled up with a movie after skiing or cooling down after a summer hike.

The kitchen is compact but efficient, with stainless appliances and a dual serving counter that works well for simple family meals, snacks for the kids, or a charcuterie board for two. Outside, you are surrounded by nature on a wooded lot of roughly half an acre, with space to breathe, sip morning coffee, and unwind after a day out — including a private hot tub and sauna, perfect for soaking sore muscles after hiking or a day on the slopes. The Lake Naomi community offers a serene setting close to lakes, trails, and a wide range of amenities, and you are within easy driving distance of skiing, waterparks, dining, and classic Pocono attractions.

⚠️ There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $1000 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼️Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.
⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for safe and comfortable access, as mountain roads can be snowy or icy. We do our best to have the driveway plowed, but weather can change quickly and conditions may vary. If a vehicle becomes stuck, guests are responsible for arranging and covering any towing or assistance needed.
⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).
⚠️ Guests are responsible for properly bagging and disposing of all trash in the designated bear box or trash shed before checkout. A $5 per bag disposal fee may apply for any trash left behind inside the home or outside of the designated trash area. Please make sure all trash is securely tied and placed inside the bear box/trash shed to help prevent wildlife issues.
⚠️ Please note: the sauna does not have a light inside.
